• Dog Lake Trailhead

Directions:

• From camp, turn right onto trail
• Near Vogelsang High Sierra Camp, turn right onto Evelyn Lake Trail and visit Fletcher Lake.
• Return to Vogelsang High Sierra Camp
• Take trail to Booth Lake
• Return to Vogelsang High Sierra Camp
• Return to Vogelsang Lake

After our hike up to Vogelsang Peak, 3 of us still wanted to do more hiking. The weather was looking iffy, but we decided to chance it. Our guide took us to visit 2 more lakes. So peaceful.

After we got back to camp it started raining. Our guide brought a tarp, so we could eat dinner under the tarp. It cleared in the evening, so we were treated to another gorgeous sunset.
