I was eager to get out today, knowing that the next two days we may be hunkering down during a snowstorm. Glen decided it was too cold for him, so I left him and Trek at home. I took Krummholz for his first Turkey Mountain hike. His first summit :) I brought a handful of treats and we practiced sits and downs and recalls near the summit. I never bring enough treats! We go through treats like crazy! I should have brought a long line so we could have done longer recalls. He's doing really well at training in different environments. He's able to focus well in his puppy class too, even with other puppies around. We've been working on a focus/attention game since I brought him home - I think it helps. I catch him staring at me in puppy class, even when there's commotion around us.

He's just starting to learn a wait command, so it's still hard to get him to pose for photos. He's always moving!
