Our final hike for 2021. I had done this hike earlier this year without Glen, so this time I went with him to see the falls. We had a rainy day, with a break in the rain in the afternoon, so we were looking for a short close hike. We were surprised at how packed the parking lot was for a Wednesday, but then remembered that lots of people have this week off. The trail was crowded! This is an easy hike with a wide trail. In spots it was slippery due to the earlier rain. Krummholz was so happy to be out again. He's been bored this week since I've been back to work. He got spoiled after last week's hiking vacation. He spent a lot of time in the water. It was around 70 degrees today and I was hot hiking! People were hiking in shorts!
