• See MST guide for more specific directions. Cross street from parking area (beach access boardwalk) and walk on beach to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum.

The forecast was for morning rain. It kept raining.... a cold, windy, rainy day. We did eventually get out there to walk as the rain was tapering off. It was bitter cold until the dunes got taller and protected us from the wind. The beach was empty. We got to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum 30 minutes before it closed, so we didn't bother to go inside. I spent some time sketching it instead. On our drive back we caught a spectacular sunset. I looked for the comet that's supposed to be visible now but couldn't find it.
