Notes:
Glen is still recovering from his treadmill accident. Who knew treadmills were so dangerous? Trek and I headed out to Black Rock Forest. We passed by a few hiking parking lots on the way and they were even more packed than last weekend. Everyone seems to have spring fever. Even though the parking lot on Reservoir Road is pretty big, it was packed too, and a few people had to wait for parking spots to free up. We came across one large group on the trails, but otherwise it wasn't too bad. I think a lot of people just walk on the woods roads. We passed by a reservoir, and a bunch of people had stopped there to sit and enjoy the sun. We stopped there and sat down for a while too. Trek sulked because he couldn't go swim in it. This hike has some steep climbs as well as some very easy woods roads. It's a mix. Some good views in spots as well. Everyone we met today seemed so happy. Such a beautiful day to be outside. I heard my first peepers of the year, and pulled off the first tick on Trek this year (the former being much more exciting than the latter).

He wants to swim!
