Fabulous hike! We took our time, walking slowly so that we wouldn't have problems with the altitude. The last .5 mile is a rock scramble with a climb at the very end. The top is windy and has 360 degree views, including a great view of Longs Peak. We had the peak to ourselves since we started early.

After we finished the hike, we stopped by the ranger station, which had interesting information on Longs Peak.

Starting the rock scramble

The climb - you need your hands, but it is very doable

Summit!

Brr, it's cold up here

Glen excited about our elevation
