This is a very popular trail. We kept the dogs on leash due to the large number of people & dogs.
There is only water at the beginning of the trail.

We took the Boulder Loop trail, which is suppposed to be less steep.
Trail head - orange blazes
The Boulder trail did have boulders, though fewer than the Mt Major trail according to our guide book.
We snacked on wild blueberries on the way up
Taking a break in the shade
The summit was windy, which helped us cool off.

The only water on this trail is right at the start/end.
