Lots of turtles on our kayak

Kayaking on the river, which is not blue

The springs were very blue

Surprisingly, the only lizard I saw was in the campground shower.

In the morning, the partiers were still sleeping when we got up. Tara and I rented kayaks in the campground. We kayaked down the river and visited some of the springs. It was a cooler day. You kayak as far upstream as you want, and then have an easy downstream kayak on the way back. Sometimes paddling upstream was hard, and it felt like I was kayaking in place.

After our kayak, we did another hike around the campground.

All of the weekend partiers cleared out. I highly recommend if you visit this campground, to stay on a weekday rather than a weekend. We decided to find a new campsite anyways. We ended up sleeping in our cars again - and I figured out how to remove the back seat bottom in order to let me lie flat. Nice climate control again. It was a very quiet, blissful night, not having any partiers.
