Tonight was my final Yoga for Hikers class. I took the day off work, so I could meet everyone at 4pm for a special class. We met up at the Mount Pisgah trailhead, and started our evening off with some pre-hike yoga to warm up. We then climbed up Mount Pisgah, getting hiking tips along the way. At the summit, we did our best to impress our teacher with our tree poses. We hung out at the top, enjoying the views. The summit has a radio tower, a lookout deck, and oddly enough a funicular. I did some research, and discovered the funicular is owned by the parent company of a local television station, but is not permitted to operate. We finished our evening out with a sunset dinner at the bottom of the mountain, and more yoga. A great evening. I'm going to miss our classes - our teacher brought such a positive vibe to my Wednesday evenings.
