Directions: Hike on the AT from Sams Gap to Street Gap. Return the same way.
Group hike with the Glen and the CMC today. This time I recognized a lot of faces. We had a group of 9, and picked up a 10th person who was visiting the area, and ended up tagging along with our group. Nice hike with 2 meadows. Gaia has overstated my mileage by a bit. We did see 2 cars parked at Street Gap. It sounds like a high clearance vehicle is preferable to get up the road. One car was medium clearance - they said they bottomed out only once.
