Parking: Ox Creek Road, off of the Blue Ridge Parkway Mile 375.6
Route: Head south on the MST trail. At Craven Gap, a side trail on the right will take you to the parking area there. Return the same way.
A short after work hike on the Mountain to Sea Trail. Some elevation, but not too much, making this an easier section.
