After our hike at Lost Lake, we decided to drive to Wyeth Campground in the Columbia River Gorge. Glen has visited once before, but wanted to show me. This is where his mother and grandparents lived at a CPS camp during the war. None of the CPS buildings remain - there's just a sign with information about the area's history.
After a quick stop there, we headed over to Multnomah Falls. This is a classic waterfall in Oregon to see. Really crowded, but worth it if you're in the area. The hiking areas around the falls are closed due to the devastating Eagle Creek fire that occurred a year ago.
