This is our SECOND attempt at Jerimoth Hill. Yep. You read that right. We failed to summit on our first attempt. We "hiked" this 3 years ago and reached a geodesic marker. We took our photos and went home. Later at home, I was doing a little research before adding my blog entry. But wait. I saw other "summit" photos. They didn't look like our summit photo. We hadn't actually reached the summit! OMG. The hike is a total of 0.2 miles round trip, and we didn't reach the summit. Blush. Okay, so today we went back and reached the real summit. Yes. Found it easily. Signed the register. A truly successful summit!
