- Riceville Road, across the street from Berea Church
Hiking locally due to the rainy weather forecast. Lots of rain last night mean that the water level in the creek was high. A couple of days ago, we saw surveyors on the Dam Pasture Trail. We noticed they had put markers in the trail - we were wondering if it's for a water pipeline. Today the surveyors were working out by the creek. We also encountered new blowdowns from last night's heavy rain. The cicadas were busy flying around by the pasture.
