Notes:
This is an easy highpoint to combine with West Virginia or Pennsylvania. It's just over a mile hike to the top. The hike is mostly on a wide woods road, with spraypainted HP signs that show the way. There is a mailbox with a register on the summit. Most of the recent log entries were from locals. On the way back we stopped to see the "Smallest Church in the Lower 48".

Parking is on the shoulder of the road |

Start of the hike. We followed the woods road almost up to the summit. It is NOT driveable. |
 |
These ugly spraypainted "HP" signs lead the way to the summit. |
 |
The summit is just over the West Virginia/Maryland border |
