Hike description:
This hike has some steep sections - especially climbing up Agony Grind. You will need to use your hands in places. We had to go very slowly due to the leaves making the climbing slippery (plus having 2 dogs on leash).
The hike has a couple of nice views. Still some leaves on the trees, but mostly brown at this point. Even though the Elk Pen parking lot was pretty much full when we arrived, most people hike in the other direction. We only saw 1 other person on this hike.
