Directions:

• Head to the kiosk and follow the paved trail to the bridge. We crossed the bridge and dropped down to the river on the other side. Return the same way.

Our third stop for the day was to see a covered bridge. I didn't know much about it, but I do like covered bridges. I brought my sketchbook to sketch. We noticed the river below the bridge was perfect for dog swimming, so we went down to it and threw some sticks in the river for Krumm. He was happy. Swimming twice in one day. It turns out this bridge is a reproduction. It's a hiking only bridge. A storm front came in, so we had to leave before Krumm wanted to go.
